NATS EV-Sports Prototype 02

A twin seater sport EV designed in accordance with the official specifications of Ultra Lightweight Vehicle (ULV) has been developed and produced. It has several features such as originally built steal pipe space frame, double wishbone type suspension system in consideration for sporty driving, a tractive electric motor powered by sum of 72 volts batteries, maximum output of 8 kW, top speed of 60 km/h, and cruising distance of approximately 50 km per one full charge. In order to achieve weight saving, the bodywork has adopted mainly GFRP as well as aluminum materials throughout the chassis. It is presented to make a proposal for one of the new concepts of sporty electric vehicle.
