Our theme for the exhibition is "Transporting Your Tomorrow Worldwide". We will introduce our vehicles, which carry objects and passengers in order to support the lives of people around the world, in an easy-to-understand manner to visitors who otherwise have little chance to encounter commercial vehicles. We will also propose the future state of environmentally-friendly commercial vehicles.

At the Tokyo Motor Show 2013, Isuzu Motors Limited exhibits a lineup of products with a theme of "Always Next To You - For your life whenever and wherever."The first exhibit is the starting point of Isuzu's truck manufacturing; the "Wolseley CP Type" truck. Its production began in 1924 after Isuzu overcome the Great Kanto Earthquake that had hit Tokyo the previous year. The truck on display is the very first truck that rolled off the Isuzu assembly line, and is probably the oldest domestic truck existing today. The 90-year-old truck still runs and is registered as a "Heritage of Industrial Modernization" by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.Diesel engines are at the heart of trucks and buses. On display are the DA4 diesel engine, the origin of Isuzu's diesel engine development, and the latest D-CORE diesel engine series. These powerful diesel engines for buses and trucks are a rare sight, and seldom on display.Other exhibits include the "FORWARD 6X6" all-terrain vehicle protecting our everyday lives, the "GIGA Dump" truck for heavy-duty applications, the "ELGA Hybrid" parallel hybrid route bus equipped with a motor and diesel engine, and the "ELF CNG-MPI" truck that runs on compressed natural gas to allow expansion into the near-future of an age running on various diesel energy sources. The all new pickup-based ISUZU "mu-X" sport utility vehicle released just last month is also on display.We look forward to many people taking this opportunity to visit our booth to see and experience the lineup of Isuzu products.
