Information Desks
Visitor information desks will be set up in front of the 4 visitor entrance gates (Center, West 1F, East 1F, East 2F).
The General Information Counter located in the Entrance Hall on the 2nd floor will provide lost-and-found and lost child services, as well as information about the venue and the surrounding area. New information desks will be added to the West Exhibition Hall 1F Atrium and East Exhibition Hall 1F Galleria to provide venue guidance.
Sale of Japanese Motor Vehicles Guidebook and Eco-bags
Japanese Motor Vehicles Guidebook will be on sale at 3 locations (East Hall 2, East Hall 5 and Atrium). Along with the always popular cloth Eco-Bags (¥250) and Nikkan Jidosha Shimbun's official guide to the Show, the Tokyo Motor Show Guide 2013 (Supervision: Japan Automobile Manufacturers Association, Inc.; ¥500 <including tax>), the only complete almanac of domestically produced vehicles, the Japanese Motor Vehicles Guidebook 2013-2014 (Vol. 60), will be available for purchase. Also, for the duration of the Show, holders of Japanese Motor Vehicles Guidebook coupons can exchange their coupons for a copy of the Guidebook at these locations.

Newspaper and Magazine Corner (Atrium)
At the Newspaper and Magazine Corner, a wide variety of automobile-related newspapers, magazines and technical books in addition to DVDs, CD-ROMs, calendars and planners will be sold.
Tokyo Motor Show Dining: A Special Restaurant for Exhibitors and Visitors
Tokyo Motor Show Dining will be set up on the 1st floor of the Conference Tower at Tokyo Big Sight, and will be operated by Tokyo Bay Ariake Washington Hotel. The restaurant will be made available to exhibitors and general visitors.

Infant/Child Care Center
The Infant/Child Care Center is located near East Hall 1 entrance on the 1st floor of East Exhibition Hall and provides a place for nursing and diaper changes as part of efforts to improve hospitality for family visitors.
Babysitting services are also available for children from 3 to 6 years of age.

Blood Drive and Bone Marrow Bank Corner
By request of the Japanese Red Cross Society, two blood drive buses where visitors can donate blood will be set up throughout the 9 General Public Days (Saturday, November 23 to Sunday, December 1), one outside the east end of the East Exhibition Hall 1F Galleria, and one outside the West Exhibition Hall Atrium. (Results from the 42nd Show: 115 new bone marrow donors registered, 999 blood donors)
Delivery Services
The service corner, located in the 2nd floor Entrance Hall, offers Sagawa Express delivery services. The three FamilyMart locations within the venue offer Yamato Transport delivery services.
Visitor & Business Center
The Visitor & Business Center, located on the 2nd floor Entrance Hall, provides support functions for exhibition business needs (fees required). Services include photocopying, fax transmission, public wireless Internet, meeting rooms, computer space, data output, large scale printing and panel creation, rapid business card printing, lamination, various rentals (inquire for details), as well as cloak and storage.
ATM Services
The 2nd floor Entrance Hall ATM corner contains Mizuho Bank, Tokyo Star Bank, Seven Bank, and Japan Post Bank ATMs. The convenience stores located in Tokyo Big Sight also offer ATMs which can be used with cards from partner banks such as major city banks.
