XL1 Reference exhibits
With a value of 0.9 liter/100km, the XL1 is the most fuel-efficient production car ever. It employs a plug-in hybrid system, which consists of a 0.8-liter TDI engine, electric motor and lithium-ion battery, as well as an ultra-light-weight body made of carbon-fiber reinforced polymer, for outstanding fuel economy.
e-up! Reference exhibits
An electric version of its highly-popular city car, the e-up! employs a 60kW/82PS electric motor and lithium-ion battery to offer an acceleration of 0-100km/h in 12.4 seconds and drive range up to 160 km. Its energy consumption of 11.7kW/100km is one of the lowest as an electric car.
e-Golf Reference exhibits
An electric version of Europe’s most successful car ever with sales of over 30 million units, the e-Golf, developed as a benchmark in the new category, features an 85PS/115kW electric motor and total 318kg of lithium-ion battery(with energy capacity of 24.2kWh) to offer a 0-100km/h acceleration in 10.4 seconds and drive range up to 190 km.
GOLF R Reference exhibits
The new Golf R, like its predecessor, features a combination of highly-powerful TSI engine and 4MOTION permanent all-wheel drive system for extra-ordinary dynamic performance. However, its power has been increased by 30PS to 300PS and system of 4MOTION further evolved with latest version of Huldex-cuppling as well as sophisticated electronic differential-lock devices of EDS and XDS.
Golf Variant R-Line Reference exhibits
The “R-Line” is the first concept model based on the new Golf Variant. Dynamism and sportiness of the new Variant is emphasized with this prototype by adding such special features as striking blue body color, R-Line’s original 18-inch alloy wheels, front air-dam with integrated air-intakes, and chrome-finished dual exhaust-pipes. The interior is also customized by employing sport seats and steering wheel upholstered with blue Napa leather, R-line’s exclusive floor mats, and special grey stiches.
Golf Variant Highline Currently available
A top version of the new Golf Variant, “Highline” is powered by 1.4-liter TSI engine with 103kW/140PS. Exterior features such as standard bi-xenon headlights and 17-inch alloy wheels make its appearance even more stylish and refined. For the interior, two types of leather trim package (black or brown) are offered as an option. Safety and convenience features are even more extensive: Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) and Lane Assist are both standard in this top-grade model. In addition, new driving profile function offers a choice of four driving modes: Eco, Sport, Normal and Individual, allowing drivers to select desired driving style according to the situations.
Golf Variant Comfortline Currently available
The new Golf Variant, due to make its debut in Japan this winter, is an all-round stationwagon which comfortably accommodates five people and 605 liters of luggage while offering an excellent fuel economy and superb dynamic performance. With an extended length and lowered height, the new Golf Variant is sharper and sportier than ever. The redesigned TSI engine, with standard Blue Motion Technology, provides further improved fuel efficiency and drivability. The series’ entry version, “Comfortline” is powered by 1.2-liter TSI engine (77kW/105PS) and comes with modern safety technologies. such as Front Assist Plus which integrates function of City Emergency Brake.

Passat Variant R-Line Reference exhibits
The Passat Variant has become a benchmark in the mid-size stationwagon category by offering a top level of quality, efficiency, comfort and versatility. This concept model, with dynamic R-Line trim, features specially-designed aero-attachments and 17-inch alloy wheels, for added touch of sportiness. In fact, by employing sport-tuned suspension, vehicle dynamics of the Passat Variant has further been enhanced. Inside, special features such as R-Line’s original sport seats, D-shaped steering wheel, and aluminum-style pedal cluster, underscore the sporty and exclusive feeling of the model.

Polo R WRC Reference exhibits
This year, Volkswagen became a honorable double title holder (manufacture’s and driver’s) in the World Rally Championship, with this production-car-based Polo R WRC. Sebastian Ogier won 8 races out of 12 rounds crowning as the drivers champion (as of end of Oct.).
Golf TSI Highline Currently available
Volkswagen Golf is a world-scale top-selling car with more than 30 million units produced since the debut of the original model in 1974. The new, seventh generation Golf is the first Volkswagen developed on the base of the company’s new module strategy called “MQB”. The TSI engine, high-rigidity body, and sophisticated running gear, all highly reputed in the precedent models, have been entirely reengineered for the new Golf: Extensive development work also included entire redesigning of air-conditioning and infotainment system modules. As a result, the new Golf has succeeded in achieving a level of quality and safety which equals that of premium class, while drastically reducing weight, for excellent combination of dynamics and efficiency.
The Beetle Racer Currently available
The Racer is a limited edition of the Beetle with enhanced dynamic performance. Its exterior painting represents a tribute to the Beetle Yellow/Black Racer in early 1970s. The 2.0-liter TSI engine develops 155kW/210PS and sport-tuned suspension features massive 235/40R19 tires.
Sharan TSI Highline Currently available
Volkswagen’s high-grade multi-purpose van, Sharan provides ample space for 7 adults to travel comfortably while realizing a good fuel economy value of 13.5km/liter (JC08). Its “down-sized” 1.4-liter engine, with standard stop/start system and 6-speed DSG, offers a level of performance which surpasses expectations as well as solid feel typical of German cars. The top-version, Highline comes with extensive standard features including both-side power sliding doors, combi-seats upholstered in high-quality leather and alcantara, and power rear gate (fitted with fastening protection and Easy Open functions).
