WP Electric refuse truck Reference exhibits We have jointly developed a new-system electric refuse truck with Hino Motors, Ltd., on which refuse can be loaded by the electric motor for traveling on the hybrid chassis. On this electric refuse truck, either electric drive or engine drive can be selected depending on the working condition or the site condition, and in the electric drive mode, it realizes zero exhaust gas emission and reduced noise during operation because operation can be performed with the engine stopped. The new system, which is a simple system, requires no dedicated motor, battery, nor inverter to drive the loading system. This enables the electric refuse truck to have almost the same level load capacity and body capacity as that of usual PTO-type refuse truck, and also enables easy maintenance including daily inspection.
WP Single car carrier turck Reference exhibits For this new-type single car carrier truck, we have realized a significant improvement in design while retaining the sufficient functions and equipment that have been favorably received on the conventional type. By using pressing and powder coating for the tailgate, high appearance quality has been realized due to improvements in design and rust-preventive ability. In addition, by using bolt-fastening structure, ease of maintenance has also been improved. We provide some variations of the step panel that can be selected depending on the use. For the front frame, a design that enables simple appearance while ensuring sufficient visibility from the driver’s seat is used. In addition, by using FRP cover for the guard frame, rust-preventive ability has also been improved.

WP 40ft High Cube Both Side Wing Container Reference exhibits Nittsu Shoji succeeded in development of a long-awaited 40 feet wing container as an international marine container. In the old marine container, cargo work efficiency was one of the big problems because the container was only capable of cargo in-and-out from the rear door. This container at this exhibition is what we have challenged boldly and solved this problem. The basic foundation of the design was “field eye-line”. Special equipments or plants are unnecessary. For example, the opening and closing the sides of the wing container are done by a normal electric drill or by hand manually, in which the opinion from the field staff was valued. The big advantage is that delivery to the destination by this container will be realized, as cargo work from the side of the container being possible in domestic and international distribution! It is great advantage compared to the old logistics in which you need to deliver and classify cargo in a warehouse first, transship, and then delivering. It is greatly expected as a key to an efficiency increase and cost cut.
  Container Trailer with Container Rock Control Device Currently available This device enables automatic opening and closing of four container locks by just switching. The switch is in the cab and on the chassis. Driver can always check the locks are opening or closing by a lump with the switch. All locks are opened or closed automatically, and driver does not have to get off the cab and manipulate the locks, so he can fix container to chassis even in the field where he must be in the cab such as container yard. In case the supply of air, which is a power source of this device, is lost, safety device activates and keep closing when the lock is closing. This is a Container trailer with the device which enables more safety and convenient operation.  
  Ultra Light Weight Gull – Wing Trailer Reference exhibits This trailer is lighter than the one which we now manufacture and sell because of adopting high tensile steel. The steel enables to make thinner frame. In addition, next generation air suspension and other light weight parts are installed, so this trailer is 700kg lighter compared to existing trailers. More freight can be loaded, and fuel efficiency is improved because of side bumper cover and cowling between frames. This is new type trailer which contributes to reduction of transporting cost.  
  ROSE　MOTIVE Reference exhibits NIPPON FRUEHAUF Co.,Ltd exhibits a concept semi-trailer to commemorate company 50th anniversary.　The concept is expressed our cultivating technologies in 50 years and the challenging spirit to the future.　The transparent, original designed ,new shape contena is on this semi-trailer.　In the contena, many rose blossomes are displayed which expresses The Fruehauf Rose blooming in our Atsugi plant every year.  
  Medium-Duty Wing roof body & refrigerator " CHILNO" Currently available Medium-Duty Wing roof body is constructed with aluminum panels and insulation materials.　CHILNO is the original designed refrigerator for this body. 　It can load taller cargo than other same class bodies.  
  CARRIER TRAILER C.A.T.21 Currently available Present full trailer connection 19 m in the full length was manufactured at 21 m by special-zone-for-structural-reform application, seven passenger cars stacked the conventional car carrier full trailer, eight sets were stacked from transportaion, and transportaion was made possible. It is certain to contribute also to the dissolution with an insufficient driver which expectation of reduction of the number of times of operation and CO2 emissions can be performed by loading realization of this one plus, and will be expected from now on.
